Wide Horizons for Philippines adoption?

Hello,
My dh and I are still in the investigating countries phase. One of the agencies we're looking at - Wide Horizons - has a Philippines program. I was wondering if anyone has had any experiences with them - if you could please pm me. Any thoughts on Philippines adoption would be greatly appreciated as there doesn't seem to be much out there. Thanks.
