ICARE Update - Surprise move
 The ICARE Act passed the Senate by voice vote. In a suprise move Sen Landrieu, Mary [LA] along with co-sponsors Sen DeMint, Jim [SC], Sen Johnson, Tim [SD] and Sen Brownback, Sam [KS] attached it to The Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act as S.AMT 4025 to S.2611 Status This is a very big development for Intercountry Adoption. One thing I did not read before that you will find the the above link is that there is a provision for nonimmigrant visas for children to be adopted by US Citizens. Johnny
