Children ages 2-4

Are there different wait times for children these ages? I think I read that people adopting older children are having the same wait time problems as adopting young childen.

Any child under age 5 has a longer wait in the Philippines right now. The orphanage we work with has absolutely no children left under age 5 (all have either gone back to their families, or been adopted), and they are the largest orphange in the Philippines.

As of a couple of months ago, they didn't have any children except one boy who I don't know if he is adoptable. They might still have a baby or two in the infant room, but I'm not sure.
