Adopting Family from the PI

Hello,

My husband and I are looking to adopt a distant family member from the PI. We are new to the adoption process and are clueless where to begin. I've contacted the consulate in Chicago and the ICABA in the PI. If anyone has any resources in the Cincinnati or Dayton areas of Ohio we would be greatly appreciative. My cousin is due this month and we only just found out that she wants us to adopt her baby.

Hi welcome to adoption world, I'm adopting my (orphan)relative right now. And I want to give some pointers how you should get started, I'll PM you sometime.
