Since you son attends school in Metro Manila, I bet he knows at least some English. English is the second national language there and sign are in English and most people speak it.
I bet you are excited and can't wait to travel. You will find the people of the Philippines to be very gracious.

We are looking at possibly adopting an eight year old girl from the Philippines who has been in a government orphanage for 5 years. What can you tell me to expect? Any info would be great.
