Can anyone please help us and tell us the process to adopt my wives two children. My wife is a Filipino Citizen who lives with me in the United States. Her two children, born out of marriage are ages 7 and 9. We are moving to the Philippines in July where they are presently located. They are living with my wives parents. We plan to reside in the Philippines and I am trying to find out what I have to do to adopt them. Sicne they are already her children is the process easier? Any advice on where to start or what to do would be greatly appreciated.

You can start by checking the website of ICAB (Inter Country Adoption Board), and you can email them your intention to adopt your wife children.

Ask them if by going back to the Phils will have more positive outcome to do the adoption or here in the states.
