Well it finally happened
I went to eat lunch with my 9 y.o. dd at school today. The little girl across the table said, "Brittany, is that your grandma?"
I had to answer and tell her no that I was her mom and the amazing thing was that we had a little baby at home too. All the kids at the table were totally amazed and then proceeded to guess my age. Some thought I was 39. Ha!! I wish. It was too funny.

Becky it is never easy to hear that comment....but just keep on with the faith that you are doing the right thing. Parenting "your" children and it doesn't matter what others think.
As hard as it is learn to smile and have a witty comeback. It does take time for that witty comeback but you can do it. We all are here to support you.
