Okay you all.....

After having a tough week last week I am wanting to hear all your useless facts that you can think of.

Here is my first useless fact....

The name of all the continents end with the same letter that they start with.

Antartica, Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa? I'm gonna kick myself if I can't remember all 7 continents and get this right without googling. Surely I remember SOMETHING from school? LOL!

Really sad Crick....I had to look up the last one. I missed Antarctica.

Another useless fact....Did you know...

Women blink nearly twice as much as men!!

One cannot answer Tuesday fact questions as Tuesday fact questions, when, in fact, it is now, Wednesday.

Corny? Absolutely.....but it's very late and I could think of nothing else right off the top of my head!

Brandy's Useless but Helpful Fact of Today (Where it's still Tuesday)

An office desk has 400 times more bacteria than a toilet.

Yet another reason why working is dangerous.

I'm thinking this constitutes a work hazard. I think I will call in tomorrow - I'm afraid!

Crick! I find it hilarous - or sad - that you remembered all of the continents EXCEPT the Americas! Huh.

And that office desk v. toilet bacteria thing was on our news recently. Yuck! (I'll try to remember that next time I clean the toilets around here...) LOL!

For mine I found a few useless laws:
- It is against the law to whale hunt in Oklahoma. (Think about it...)
- In Michigan it's illegal to place a skunk inside your bosses desk.
- In Kentucky, it is illegal to carry ice cream in your back pocket.
- In some smaller towns in the state of Arizona, it is illegal to wear suspenders.
- In Atlanta, Georgia, it is illegal to tie a giraffe to a telephone pole or street lamp.

I used to live in Japan, and let me tell you, those toilet seats are something else! Pretty cool. - With all these button controls on each armrest (yes, armrests). We called them "Star Trek" toilets. I have to say, though, there is something a little disconcerting about getting up in the middle of a cold winter's night and sitting on a warm toilet seat. Nice, I guess, but disconcerting.

Here's my useless fact for the day....
