For me, swimming, crocheting, and napping with my doggies. In that order.

Going to bed early and reading a book

Reading message boards and blogs while I drink chai tea... blogging too...

Long walks even if I have to push a double jogger...

Good grief... even my me-time is multi-task oriented. Have to work on that!

I have to agree with you Michele....I don't have much me time either.

1. After the kids are asleep and the house is quiet to just sit down and read a good book. But it is very rare to get that time....lol

2. I love to sew and to actually have time to work on one of my many quilts that are only partially done and might, just might get done sometime this century.

3. Hmmmmm....I think I am stuck with another indulgence. Just doesn't happen often....lol

Blessedbybug....I admire anyone who can multi task and still can relax. I could use some of that....lol

Funny you should say that... DH asked my on Friday (after furiously cleaning our house all day) how I got so much done and lived to tell him about it. I had to LOL. He is such a waffle, only sees stuff right in front of him. But as for having lots of time to do it... no... I was depressed this weekend as I took a trip to the scrapbooking store in an attempt to jumpstart one of my fave me-time activities and realized "when am I going to do this...?" Left that store in a huff...

As hard as it is take time for you! I have trouble finding that time but I still get a chance once in a great while and then I find myself running because I don't want to be to long.

Joe that sounds like great indulgences!

1. Reading
2. Watching a really good movie, or (sadly) watching trashy reality TV. (It's so addicting)
3.Just driving in the car by myself, listening to what I want on the radio.
