I voted for fall. I grew up in four seasons and love the changing in colors and the crisp air that starts with it.

I would say anything to do with winter....I love soups, stews, and just home grown veggies that have been canned or frozen from my garden.
But I also like spring when I can plant my garden for all those veggies I love to can and freeze.

Fall
I love everything about fall...the cool crisp evenings, the vibrant colors of the leaves changing, football, pumpkins, and the comfort foods that warm and nurture from inside out.

Since you made me choose just one, I chose winter comfort foods. I just love Christmas cookies, big holiday dinners, grilled cheese and tomato soup, and mashed potatoes.
Now I'm hungry!

Winter. Mashed potatoes and gravy, meatloaf, chicken and dumplings. Wish I was with the "fruits and vegetables" summer folks but I'm dyin' happy!!!
