TPR - how long do they take?
Just hoping for a best case senario. We're hoping to be matched with a little guy in Oregon but the courts have not completed a TPR yet. birthmom has mental health issues, has never seen the child and does not have custody of her other 4 children, no father involvement. He has been in foster care for almost 18mos. Any idea on how long of a window we could be looking at for a completion of a TPR?

  - Gabriela 13, my Romanian princess came home @ 3yrs - Gage 4 - Gianna 2  - hoping for 1 more!08/10/08 - Picked our Private Agency for Domestic 08/31/08 - Started paperwork & fees paid 10/08/08 - Fingerprints & paperwork completed. 12/03/08 - SW tells us no one has returned reference letters!!  01/08/09 - Fingerprints & reference letters returned! 02/10/09 - Interviews & home visit scheduled! 02/11/09 - HOMESTUDY APPROVED!
