wanting to adopt a canadian black or bi-racial child

I have notice that this seems to be mostly for ones that are searching for birthparents. but oh well I'll post this anyhow.
But i searching for anyone that is considering placing there baby/child up for adoption.We have adopted a coloured child 5 years ago and are wanting to adopt another colour child.
