LF: Boy born Feb 4th 1963

Born Feb 4th 1963 in Waterloo , Ontario
The birth mom was 19 at the time. Last name was Mcpherson. He would have been adopted out via Waterloo childrens aid. At the time , the name he was given was Richard Charles.

If anyone has any idea of the location of this person, please pm me asap. The birth mom wants to contact him. I am your sister in law.
