My grandfather James Martin Storms b: 1888
My grandfather and siblings were in foster care in Ontario , he had a sister Helen , Rose & Abegail we are not sure how many others in there were or why they ended up in foster care they were from the Dummer area if any one has information on this family it would be appreciated.

Have you tried looking at census records? You may be able to find out information on the family that way. There are several sites to help if you want some more ideas please PM me here.
