looking for bsister DOB 09/18/72 Toronto
I've been looking for my sister who was adopted at birth. She was born at Toronto East General Hospital on 09/18/1972. I have no idea where to begin. I've tried getting non-identifying information for years without any luck. Her name when she was born was Carrie Lynn Harper (i'm not sure that's exact spelling). Birth mother's name Denise Lynn Harper DOB 09/17/1956, birth father Dale Patrick Mahon jr. DOB 03/06/1955. My name is Jennifer and if any one can help me in my search or at least point in the direction on how to start I would appreciate anything you can offer. She is my full sister and I feel like there is a part of me missing.
