what is the oldest can adopt
My husband and I don't exactly agree on the age to adopt, but I see a 17 y.o. on the photolisting and my heart just breaks that she's going to age out of this system without family. I think she's going to be 18 soon though, what age does an adoption have to be completed by?

You can adopt anyone at any age. If they are over 18, they obviously have to consent, and the parents don't have to anymore.
