Hi, We were chosen out of five home studies that were taken to committee on 16th. We finally go July 9th to meet our new daughter she is 15, we been talking to her everyother night and writing letters she in Idaho we are in Washington. But she is a legal risk Dad has signed off mom cant be found. My question is how do you get a Graudinship (we don't know much about this form) instead of just foster care so we can make more of the legal decision without always going thru the SW on every little thing. That's why really wanted to adopt but this girl is just great and we can wait to finish raising her. Please can someone explain to me the differance!!!!! thanks Terri |
