Is there hope for an "older child" that is in her 20's to be adopted. Is it too late for her to find a loving family that will take her as there daughter. Or is the hope for parents over at 18. Please repley.

Hi,
I don't think it's ever too late to want or need parents. They may not be your parents in the traditional sense of the word but you can find loving people to care for you and include you in their family. They may not be the people that taught you right from wrong or picked you up when you fell but they can love you just the same. I have 2 biological sons aged 21 and 17. Some of their friends call me "Mom" because I have a nurturing personality. I'd never step on their parent's toes or go against any of their rules or wishes, however, all these kids know that if they need my help I'm here for them. Best of luck to you. Michelle

Can you talk a little more about her situation? How old is she? Does she have any special needs? In what state does she live?
Does she need a place to live, or just a family to be there for her? |
