Adoptee in search of Birth Mom/Father/ Family

I am searching for my birth mother,father or any family. I was born Sept. 10, 1969 in Ada Ok. I understand my adoption was done in Okla. City in Oct. 1969. I would like to know more about my birth parents. If any one can help me I would appreciate it. I would also like this for my children. Thanks
