searching for birth mom

Her name on my birth certificate is Wilma Moore and she came from St Louis, MO. She named me Charlotte Moore. The nurses at the home called her Sandy. I would like to talk to her and let her know I'm okay and I know she did what she had to at the time. She did the right thing, I'm okay and would like to talk to her.
