pls help. I found a birth index online for ohio, I found my adopted name (the name i use) and right by my dob was "(name change)" and for the maiden name it had my adopted mothers maiden name. It looks like a dead end, however it seems that a lot of other folks have had success with the ohio birth index. What do i do next?

That is really not the OHIO BIRTH INDEX but is a compilation of someones idea of a birth index. Many mistakes on it.
I sent you an email so hopefully we will be able to use the info you have if you get your current non-id-info.
