If you want to find me doesn't sound right. If you think I might be you mother you will be able to open the records to find out. I am hoping one day we will be able to meet. I never wanted to give you away but I didn't have the choice. I still miss you!

I want assistance but do not know how this works. My name is David and I am the one who has been doing most of the searching. Andrea is my wife and gets nervous and afraid to get her hopes up. She worries he doesn't want anything to do with her.

What have you done so far? Have you registered at any of the registries? with the state? here in the registry?

I have been lucky enough that my posting in the registry at this site was found by my bdaughter just a couple of weeks ago and she did email me.

I have sent in the forms to rease the records here in Ohio. I have registered here at adoption.com and I have searched in every adoption websight i can find for any posts or forums that I can. beyond that I am not sure of what to do short of hiring a professional or getting a lawyer. I just can't afford that and don't want to be to intrusive incase he doesn't want to be found. What if he doesn't even know he's adopted?

Please DO NOT pay for a search.
There are search angels who will assist you and its FREE here.
Whether or not he knows hes adopted will be something you will have to think about but searching for him will not be that hard.
Again, if you want assistance let me know. I do this on a daily basis for someone.

A search angel is where you should turn. There are many registries out there, but they are a passive way of searching and may never yield a match.
