ISO son born 12/4/75 in Cincinnati, OH

Hi I'm new to this board. I'm searching for my birth son born 12/4/75 and adopted through Catholic Charities in Hamilton, Ohio. Born at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. This is the only information I have.

Hi,

I wanted to know if you are 100% sure of your sons date of birth?
Those original names are missing for 1975 so I cannot check for you, however if you are sure of the date of birth I can send you those males who were born in Cincinnati on that date and see if one of them is your son OK?
