i am looking for paul edward williams 7/6/62 born in cleveland, ohio. i know that he has contacted the adoption network and left his info. he used to live on lakeshore. i went there but he has moved. the number in the telephone book is disconnected. He probably lives somewhere close to me i can just feel it but now i am stuck any help will be a blessing

I am trying to help my adopted brother locate his birthfamily. I know his birth name, I know for a fact that he has siblings....some older, some younger. I do not know if any were adopted out or not. This is from Cleveland OH. I used to be a searcher......but my Ohio CD is broken. I would appreciate anyone who could help me do some look ups.
