ISO Birthparents/Med. History dob5/12/70 I need help
I am looking for my birhtparents/medical history. I was born at Akron General on 5/12/70 I am a female. I was told my birhtparents were 19 and 20 and not married. The counselors name was Mrs. Booth and the adoption was finalized in Jan 1971. Could anyone please help me.

What agency handled your adoption? and do you have your current NON-ID-INFO
If you are just beginning your search you need this info before you consider a search....OK?

I believe it was Family services I an trying to contact them I do not know how to get my non id info so I was trying to start there.

I am sending you a form letter for you to fill out and send to the agency..
This will assist you a lot more than guessing. OK....sometimes memories fade over the years.

Maiden name
I did some searching I found out her maiden Name was Butler she would have been born in 1951. She was 19 at the time of my birth and my birthfather was 20. I was not named and went straight from the hospital to my new parents.

If you looked at the form letter I sent to you.......you will see what all you DON'T know. Its vital to have that info because unless you have a name that is a one of a kind...to have a name is NOT ENOUGH.

Those of us who do this daily know what is neccessary for a successful search.
I know that is what you want too
