looking for half bro.'s & sis.'s born in 75, 77, 79

Hello all,
I am new to this site & hope I am doing this correctly
I am in search of my half brothers & sister. Can anyone help me please. I am 23 & have been searching since I was 13. Our mother is Diana Ricci & the father on the birth certificate I think is John Albert Ricci , Sr. Their names at birth were John Albert Ricci, Jr. b-day 12-16-1975 in Belpre, Ohio
then Carol Lynn Ricci 12-25-1977 in Hartville Ohio
Then Phillip Dewayne adopted out of Alliance ohio. His b-day is 06-02-1979.
I have 2 other brother , one older & one younger. I have met the youngest & know the other has trouble with the law right now
