Hello, maybe you would be willing to help me as well? I was born on May 10, 1975 in Cincinnati, OH at the Jewish Hospital. I'm not sure if I was even given a name at birth because my bio mother gave me up at that time. Anything you can do to help me? My email is alexmylesc@yahoo.com. Thanks.

Missing years.....have to search in Columbus.
Hi!
Sorry If you were born in 1969, 71, 72, 74 or 75 you will need to make an appointment at the Vital Statistics in Columbus and do a manual search. Those years are on Microfiche....and are in alphabetical order.  Sorry Mackie Quote:
