I am in need of a search angel as well. I keep running into brick walls. Anyone out there that can help?

I am the birthmother of a male child born January 19, 1977 in Columbus Ohio. The adoption was a private adoption, through attorney John Petro. I'm not sure if he is even alive today. Birth was at Grant Hospital. I can't find any records of it anywhere on my search inquries. It was a sealed adoption, so I don't have any information other than what I know. I wasn't allowed to name him, so I have nothing to go on.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I am looking for help finding my half-brother born April 16, 1966 in Baltimore Maryland. I am hitting dead ends because his Birth mom will not tell me anything and my dad (birth dad) is deceased. Can anyone help me?

If he was born in MD he will not be listed in the OHIO birth index.
You might want to post your message on a MD Adoption Forum.
