found my mom-get your medical records

it gave me my mom first name, already had her last. gave me her address in 1963. tied that to the city director from the local library. gave me her mom and dads name. Found an obituary for her dad and it gave me her marry name. i heard that sometimes it may even have the ssn# of the birth mom.
