Adoptee Born March 20, 1956 Middletwon, OH Searching for Birth Family Members
I am an adoptee that was born March 20, 1956 in Middletown, Ohio and I am looking for my birth parents or any other siblings I may have from either birth parent. Any help or information wiould be greatly appriciated. Thank you.

Original Birth Certificate??
Do you have your original Birth Certificate? Did you know if you were adopted before Jan 1, 1964 that you can fill out an affadavit and send to Columbus and get your original BC as well as your adoption file?
If you need that info let us know and we will send a copy of the Affadavit...OK? Blessings Mackie
