female searching for birthfamily (ohio)

I am a female adoptee born in Dayton, OH on July 25, 1979. I was born at Good Samaritan Hospital at 3:50am. I was adopted through Catholic Social Services. I have been searching for a while and found information through the ohio birth index, but still haven't found any birth family. I don't want to be discouraged but I have tried many of the suggested things with no results. And I currently live in michigan and therefore have problems with dealing with the courts since I am no longer in ohio. I need some help here! I really don't know what else to do! Thanks to anyone who can help or at least give me some helpful hints!

Do you have any siblings? I am searching my bfamily too, and I have siblings> I was born in Miami County Ohio 02/05/1981. ONe of my siblings was born in 1979. I do know that for sure.
