Seeking Daughter and 2 sons born in Catawba County
My name is Sandra Dobbins, and I am looking for my three children.
My daughter who was born 2/17/83 as "Melissa Kay Roland" in Catawba County. My son, who was born 8/4/84 as "Kenneth Lee Dobbins" in Catawba County. My other son who was born 3/4/86 as "Timothy Scott Dobbins" also in Catawba County, North Carolina. All three children were taken and adopted out through Catawba County Dept of Social Services. When were they taken, wwhat legal aspects were there that could have generated a paper trail to follow.........I live in Catawba County and can try to help
