Born and Adopted PRIOR to 1945 - CONTACT US NOW
If you are an adoptee from NC and were born and adopted prior to 1945, we need you to contact ASAP.
We have found someone to take on a class action lawsuit against NC.  YOUR OBC SHOUL NOT HAVE BEEN SEALED!!!! Get the word out to ANYONE ELSE you may know. Distribute FAR AND WIDE  Please contact NCCAR ASAP nccar@mindspring.com We are waiting to hear from YOU!!!!!
