If you know of ANY siblings or other family members who would like to be a part of the confidential intermediary program, please have them get in touch with us. We need to have them on board to be able to write their legislator regarding this bill.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this bill feel free to contact me as soon as possible.

NCCAR will be going back for the original birth certificates in 2011.

But in the meantime we want people to let us know if they have utilized the CI program. I
f they have we want to know what your experience was. We have to know.
If you have had ANY problems using the system we want to know.
• Did your birthparent (or the adoptee) want contact?
• If not, did the agency ask the birthparent for updated medical information?
• Did you find a birthparent deceased?
• Did the agency work with you in a timely manner?
• Was the fee the agency charged reasonable?
• Did the agency council you before your reunion?
• Did you have a happy reunion?

If you found a grave did you petition the court to have the agency look for other family members?
Were you successful in petitioning the court?
