Are you a Sibling or another Family Relative in Search?
If you are a sibling or any other family member who is searching for an Adult Adoptee, please help NCCAR get legislation passed this year which will allow YOU to use the new Confidential Intermediary Program.
We have bills which will be going before the legislature this year entitling you to use this program. Please contact NCCAR through their website at NC Coalition For Adoption Reform or nccar@mindspring.com, if you would like to become a part of this access. Time is of the essence, because once these bills come up they will go to committee and we will need people to write their legislators telling them they want these bills to be passed. Please let us put you on the email list of folks to notify. Roberta MacDonald Chairwoman of NCCAR.
