ISO brother 4-1-71 Clinton, NC
I am searching for my 1/2 brother. He was born on 4-1-71 at Sampson County Memorial Hospital in Clinton, NC. Our mother went through the social services for the adoption. If anyone can help, please contact me. Thanks.

Jennifer,
Does your mother have any interest in finding this child? If so she can utlize the CI program in North Carolina. If not, I would suggest you become involved with NCCAR and help to enable siblings to have the right to utilize the CI program. There will be a bill going before the legislature this year for this.
