NC CI Program
Soon, we hope that everyone 18 and over will be able to use the CI program.
This means if you you are: A full blooded sibling 1/2 sibling Relative of a living birthparent YOU WILL be able to use the CI program to locate an adult adoptee Adoptees who find a birthparent deceased, the agency will be able to search for other family members for you without you having to petition the court system.
