NEW Contact Information for RALEIGH
If you are a birthparent or adoptee and are not sure or do not know what agency handled your adoption, here is NEW information on WHO you should contact in Raleigh to find out this information:
Call (919) 733-7675 ask for one of the following two people Caroline Armstrong or Cheryl Passerelli They are the two people who are working with the CI process and will tell you which agency handled your adoption. Remember SOME agencies have chosen NOT to participate in this process. NCCAR has a list of the agencies who are participating on their website. Roberta

I spoke with Cheryl Passerelli when I called. She was extremely polite, kind and supportive while still following the law. She also very much supports the new CI program.
