What is best way to find birth parents in NC?
My mother in law is adopted (she's 47) and she very much wants to find her birth parents. All we know is her adoptive parents names and her date of birth.
I've heard that NC is trying to pass some laws to make it easier to obtain original birth certificate, etc. How far are these laws and are they retroactive? If these laws dont pass is there any realistic way to find birth parents in NC? |

The best way is to find a GOOD search angel to help you.
There are many search angels here on the Forum. If you want to list your MIL's non-id , someone here may be able to help, or if you're uncomfortable doing that , you can pm me and I will try to point you in the right direction.
