Lost your address due to computer breakdown. But wondering if you might contact the agency, ask them to put you and your address down in the event she starts to search now that the new law is passed. There are waiting lists now as the adoptees are asking for some contact. We already know the bmom will not agree to contact, but at least they might give her your name, etc. Nothing lost but a phone call.

I do not know the name of the agency. I believe it was originally handled through a home in Camden, SC which is now out of business. Sorry I cannot give more info. I continue in prayer that my niece will one day begin a search, if she so desires, for this part of the family desires to know her and let her know someone cares. In my work in ministry part is devoted to restoring family relationships. Please keep me posted.

9-14-09 Today I was notified by DSS the name of the handling agency in Charlotte. Do not have DOB but fairly positive it was OCT 1965 at CMH. If you desire further info please contact me. At least things are now moving in my search.
