Time for Change?

I see that at least 90 people have viewd my post on "Please Email Me" and only 6 have bothered to reply.

I guess this can only mean everyone on this forum who lives in NC wants to either stay frustrated in their search , wants change, but wants somebody else to do it, or are just ambivalent to change.

I have said it again and again... It will take more than 8 people to make a change in this state, however those 8 people will give it their all, so the rest of you can have it easy and just have to ask for your birth certificate.

I am one of the loyal 8 that will be with you all the way, Roberta. I hope that those reading the posts are marking their calendars and will be contacting us at a later date. The time is now. Our organization WILL BE introducing a bill very similiar to several that have passed in other states. IF YOU DON'T THINK IT IS POSSIBLE, PLEASE GO TO OUR WEBSITE AND CHECK OUT THE STATES THAT HAVE ALREADY OPENED RECORDS TO ADULT ADOPTEES. Several other states are voting on the issue this year.

IT IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE. WE CAN DO THIS!

We need adoptees, birth parents, adoptive parents and ANY individual that believes that adult adoptees, descendants of deceased adoptees and adoptive parents of minor children have the right to information.

Please plan to join us in the fight for our rights!
