Carven County NC

I am in search of any info I was adopted out of Newbern NC I know I was in foster care there.was told I had to have surgery.Looking to see what ped. surgan was there in that county in 1975 and trying to locate foster parents who might know anything. my adoption was handled through Rockingham County NC.thanks for any help
