W/f 4/6/1973 Iso Birthmother/father Charlotte, NC ???
Baby girl
born 4-6-1973 (Friday) 7 lbs 13 1/2 oz, 20 inches blonde hair blue eyes. BParents were 18 years old. I looked in the birth index and found only one birth that matched up with bparents age. This birth was in Charlotte at Carolinas Medical Center. County of residence shows Mecklenburg. I was adopted through NCCHS in Greensboro. I have non-id info. I am hoping that the baby on the index is me and now I need to know what to do. My birth cert shows Lincoln County as birth county because my adoptive parents lived there at the time. Can anyone help me?
