Need to go to the county

You will need to go to the county where the marriage and divorce took place. Marriage records are in probate court and divorce records are in court records. My search is hard because I have no names to go by, only a marriage date to the second husband. Divorce records go by name then date. Marriage records go by date then name. Good luck.

I was taking another look at your info.
Do you know how old the father was when he died?
Do you know what state he died in and how?

Still trying to help. Tricia

No we don't know his age or how he died. All the agency would tell us was he died in August 1967. But we think it was in NC. His mom and dad were not married. But she was married from 4/19/1958 till 3/19/1963 that's where the 3 half siblings come in at.
Thanks,
Theresa

The agency won't tell you the age of the bfather? That's obsurd. Ages are considered non-identifying info. The cause of death of the bfather would also be considered non-identifying info.
I believe if you can find these things out, then you could find him thru death records.
Let me know if you can find out the answers to these questions.
