Looking for Hoovers in NC
I was born 9/1960 in Highpoint, NC. I was immediately adopted out. I do know I have a half brother born Oct/Nov 1961 because my birth mom contacted my adoptive parents to see if they wanted her new son. My parents could not afford another baby at that time. My birthmoms husband (although not my birth father) was named Ralph Hoover. Any help would be appreciated.
