Looking for my half sister
She was born June of 1965 in Norfolk, VA . Wasn't adopted from agency until 7-8 months later. We are afraid the bfather won't give consent for her to have her entire record.
We know that she has made contact with the agency to obtain medical records.................we are here and waiting. Last edited by shocked : 05-17-2009 at 08:21 PM.

You can register with the Department of Health in the state that she was born in. Or the ISSR. If she is looking for you then I am sure she has registered with these 2 places already.. If she has, then when you register, they will contact you with her information.

Also check the registry on this site - there is one posting for June 65 Norfolk VA.
