looking for adopted sibling born 03/29/66

I registered on adoption registry and I found my sister and I sent an email, but she hasn't responded. I think it may be old and she may have given up. I hope not, I would really love to find her. She was born on March 29, 1966 and she born Stacy Ann Scarlett.
