Out of state agencies
Hi there,
My husband and I are just through with the home study process and are hoping to adopt an infant of any race. I found an agency in another state that I'd like to work with but they're not licensed in NY. Has anyone been able to legally work with a situation like this? There's got to be a way! It's crazy that it could be easier to adopt a kid from another country than another state in NY! Thanks! Lynn
