Two Relinquished baby girls ISO Bfamily

Did you or anyone you know relinquish two baby girls? 6/9/1973 and 4/24/1975. My bsister and I found each other from NYS registery. We are looking for other bfamily. We both were born in Rochester, NY. If any of this sounds familiar, please email me. Thank you.
