Female Adoptee Born 7/25/1984...
Here it is, one more time!
I was born on JULY 25, 1984, at COMMUNITY GENERAL HOSPITAL in SYRACUSE, NEW YORK. I was placed with my adoptive parent's on JULY 28, 1984 and my birthmom went through CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICES in SYRACUSE, NY. (now called ARISE CHILD & FAMILY SERVICES) According to my non-identifying information... My birthmom was either 23 or 24 years old at the time of my birth. She had no other children. She was of Italian and German descent, about 5' 2", had dark, curly hair, hazel eyes and an olive complexion. She weighed about 130 pounds. She was a college grad. and was employed as a respitory therapist at the time of my birth. She traveled to Syracuse to give birth and signed a surrender on July 26, 1984 and requested Catholic adoptive parents. (She was also a Catholic.) My birthfather was not aware of my birthmom's pregnancy at the time of my birth. He was apparently 5' 11", had black hair and brown eyes and a medium build. He was employed as a salesman for a high-tech company. They dated "casually" for a short time and knew each other for about a year and half. They were not in a committed relationship. I have my non-identifying information from the hospital where I was born, the adoption agency and the NYS Dept. of Health Registry. I am also registered with ISRR. If any of this looks familiar...please let me know. Nicole
